INSURANCE and Membership fee
Dr. Yamaguchi accepts most major PPO plans but no HMO plans. Dr. Yamaguchi is contracted with Medicare as well as Cigna, Blue Shield, Commercial Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Commercial Healthnet, and United plans. Healthnet IFP Covered California Ambetter Network does not contract with Dr. Yamaguchi.
To help sustain the high-quality, compassionate gynecologic care we provide — including services like direct messaging, care coordination, and prescription management — we’ve introduced a $250 annual Membership Fee.
This fee supports services that are not covered by insurance but are essential to your care. It applies to all patients and will be due at or before your next appointment. The fee renews annually.
